Hospital Discharge & Aged Care Bookings

We work with hospital social workers, NDIS support coordinators and aged care facilities across Sydney. Bookings can be made on a passenger's behalf, with invoicing directly to the plan manager or facility.

Do you accept TTSS dockets?

Yes. We accept Taxi Transport Subsidy Scheme dockets and SmartCards on all wheelchair accessible bookings. Present your docket to the driver at the start of the trip.

Can I use my NDIS funding for a Cabsby wheelchair taxi?

If your NDIS plan includes transport funding, you can use it with Cabsby. We can invoice your plan manager, or you can pay directly if you are self-managed. Contact us to set this up before your first booking.

Are the vehicles ramp-equipped?

Yes. Our wheelchair accessible vehicles are fitted with ramps or hydraulic lifts and certified anchor points, meeting NSW Transport accessibility standards.

Can I bring a carer or assistance animal?

Yes. Carers travel free in the same vehicle, and assistance animals are always welcome.

How do I book a recurring trip (e.g. weekly appointments)?
